I was looking for a 2018 Lexus NX Luke Horn showed me one which had come in which they had sold previously. It had been serviced with them and they polished/repainted some marks which made it look like new. Luke was very helpful going through the car. I traded in my Hyundai and agreed a very fair price. Overall it was an straightforward experience and I'm delighted with the Lexus
