Just bought my 5th car from Paddy in Annesley Williams, such a wonderful experience. He is always cheerful and so helpful explaining every feature in the car and ensuring I was happy with it all before he let me go. He has always given me great advice. I would highly recommend him and I myself would never go anywhere else. The experience was made even better because I also got to deal with the lovely Pamela to sort the finance end of it. She is very friendly,kind and generous with her time. Always takes time to go through all the paperwork properly with you and always with a lovely smile. My dealings with the service department related to having my sub frame replaced. From start to finish, my dealing with Gavin, the service manager, was first class. From explaining the process, getting approval from Mercedes for payment to ordering the parts and installation, Gavin kept me informed all along the way and actually delivered ahead of schedule. I am a very satisfied customer.
