I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes from Fitzpatrick's Mercedes-Benz and traded in my old E-Class. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment on a Saturday and was immediately assisted by Nail. He was incredibly helpful and arranged a test drive for the car I was interested in. While I was on the test drive, Nail assessed my old car and quickly offered a very fair price— better than what I had been offered at another Mercedes dealership in Dublin. The entire process was smooth and efficient. In just three days, I was driving away in my new Mercedes. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service from Nail made the experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning to Fitzpatrick’s for my next car. Highly recommended!

We came to Fitzpatrick's under difficult circumstances - the car decided to stop working on the motorway as we headed off on holiday. We were taken in and minded and shown kindness and understanding on the day. The fault was not straightforward to fix and the car was off the road for several weeks. At all times we were kept informed by Mark and the service team of what was happening and what the timeframes were. There is an advanced level of customer service in operation here and a general sense of decency for which I will always be grateful. And the car works well now too!
