The two ladies at the service desk were absolutely outstanding. They were able to fit both our tucsons in for services in such a timely manner. Both were extremely professional & knowledgeable and even phoned a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. They should really be commended for their customer service.

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.
