I called Sean Fleming Motors following an issue with my cars DPF filter soot accumulation and limited power. Spoke to a gentleman called Cian, who was extremely helpful and arranged for the car to be seen immediately. Got there and spoke to Noel, the Service Manager, who was clearly competent and experienced and he had my car repaired (including a carwash) in less than an hour. Knew his stuff, and had a nice conversation to boot. Refreshing to know there ARE car dealerships out there who can be trused and who do put the customer first, without continually trying to line their own pockets. I was not a customer of Flemings before today, but am now. In fact the reason I initially rang them was due to their positive reviews online and while I've never left an online review before, this organisation genuinely warranted that I do acknowledge their exemplary response and service, even for a non-customer. As another review mentioned, these set the standard others should be aspiring to. Five stars is not enough.
