I had a BMW recall recently. They were very efficient from booking in the car, to the guys at reception, to the video guide the gave me regarding the current condition of my car. At every step they were courteous, polite and helpful. It was model customer service.

Another stress free service from Conlans team. The staff are friendly, courteous and competent. I would recommend them to any BMW owner. It’s unfortunate about the wait- time for the services these days. They tend to be very long.

It's always a pleasure dealing with the guys in Conlans Limerick. They are always super helpful and super kind when I go especially the lads in servicing. I was recently dealing with Kevin and he's always lovely. It's a pleasure dealing with them.
