MINI COUNTRYMAN Cooper S E Exclusive

I was most impressed with the level of service I received at Frank Keane motors this week. My car was there for a recall repair from BMW plus a mini service. The staff we are all extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. I received a very informative video via email from John the Mecanic updating me on the work carried out on my car. My Mini had a recall, from the start the lady Abigail had me booked in. Very professional, very helpful. James rang me on the day and told me another problem connected to the recall needed fixing. If I left the car there they could have the part ordered and put in the next morning. True to his word the car was ready the next day. Also the mechanic had a video linked to the email showing that soon other parts might need replacing in the future . When I went in to collect my car James just went through what was done and reassured me about the crank pulley that it was rusty and look into later on. James very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
