Absolutely can't recommend Fallon &Hughes enough to anybody thinking of changing their car. We dealt with Ruairc who was genuinely a very nice guy to deal with, honest and 100% interested in looking after you. The communication was excellent whilst waiting on the car to be ready and it was like brand new when we picked it up. I recently purchased a BMW 530e from Fallon & Hughes and I have to say it was a stellar experience. From the off I dealt with Sean who left no stone unturned in making sure my every query and question regarding the car was answered. He was pleasant at all times and patient regarding my communication with him due to the commitments of my profession. He catered to my every need even bringing the car to Mallow which made my journey from Limerick a bit easier. The car had its wheels fully refurbished and a few cosmetic issues were looked after by Sean. I was given a 12 month warranty which I’ve no doubt will be honoured in the event of any major issues.
