Paul and his son are absolute gents. They were extremely helpful, obliging and generous with their time and expertise when I needed help with my car. I would highly recommend them, a fantastic team.

My car chose to break down on NCT day. I was so helpless as we are new in the country and the car model uncommon. We made numerous calls with responses like no suitable parts for repair or available slots only in two weeks. Very luckily we found Paul Smith Motors via google map. They repaired my car within reasonable timeframe and costs. They took the car to NCT for me and it passed! Daryl was so professional and helpful. Tracy and the other lady in office were also friendly and helpful. I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend! P.S. An amazing garage, I bought my 2013 seat ibiza from Daryl and it couldn't have been a smoother process, he made sure the car was immaculate before it was delivered, he was very clear with his communication when describing the car to me, its an amazing little car especially for my first car, would highly recommend this garage to friends and family and other buyers looking for a used car.😃
