My partner was driving to Kilkenny when a fault appeared on our car. I called the dealership in advance to ask if they could look into it, which they said they would. When she arrived at the dealership, they were extremely friendly and told her that they were expecting her. They even dropped her off to the hotel she was staying in while they diagnosed the issue. Even though this was 4pm, they took the car in and diagnosed the issue that same evening. They ordered a new injector and fitted it the next morning, an extremely fast turnaround. They even offered to collect her from the hotel. Overall, everyone we spoke with in the dealerships was extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Tom and Michelle.
