Nissan QASHQAI 1.3 PET Mild Hybrid SV

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

This was our first time dealing with Bolands Hyundai Waterford and we would 100% recommend them. The service provided was excellent. The staff we dealt with were all really professional and helpful and we were completely satisfied with the whole process which was very easy and everything was sorted for us. We were able to collect our car at the time suited us and the little extra touches made all the difference to the overall experience. Although all the staff we met were excellent we would like to give a special thank you to our salesman Rob who definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Bolands Hyundai Waterford for their excellent service, staff and the quality of the car we bought. We will definitely be returning to them for future business and will recommend them to family and friends.

recently purchased my Hyundai Bayon from Bolands Hyundai Waterford, I am very happy with the professional customer service (Robert Murphy and Roger Byrne), who got me though the process easily and quickly - cannot recommend them highly enough; staff not only friendly but also highly skilled, welcoming and helpful, very quick reply to emails/texts - great car-buying experience!
