I purchased a car here a few months ago. A minor issue arose recently and I was expecting to have a fight on my hands to have it fixed under the warranty. The experience I had with the team was exceptional! Callum booked my car in within a week to have it fixed, organised an courtesy car and he even noticed another small issue that I would never have known about and he ensured that was fixed before I collected it. The staff were all great to deal with. I would recommend if purchasing a car.

Travelled this past Saturday from Dungarvan to have a look at a 2021 Honda Civic, receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I dealt with Aaron, he showed me the car and eventually took the keys to my car to take a look at it and take photos. When he came back I waited for around 20 minutes before he called me over. I currently have a 2019-(192) Ford Fiest ST line, which is valued at an estimated between €18,000 and €19,000. The car is in very good condition with less than 30k kikometers on the clock. I was offered €12,500 to begin with and later was offered another €700 if I agreed to take finance, which is probably not far off interest id be paying back. I politely declined his offer and was soon on my way home. Overall experience was okay, friendly welcoming staff but not the trade offer I was hoping for. Please do your research on how much your car is valued for before going to ZuCar, and dont get your hopes up!! Be realistic in your expectations.
