Nissan X-Trail 360 2015 Long NCT & Warranty

Finally, a dealer that sets their intended lowest price up front, *actually* services their cars, and provides a truly decent warranty (which I likely won't have to use). Very happy with my purchase overall, the car is incredibly clean and well looked after (especially under the bonnet). Long Mile Motors is one of the few genuine, honest dealerships out there!

I recently decided to buy a car and started looking online but I was nervous of buying from a dealer that I didn’t know or hadn’t been recommended. But I had spotted a couple of cars that were in Long Mile Motors, so I went there to check them out. Neither quite suited me but while chatting with Alan, I spotted another one that caught my eye (a BMW 520D M Sports). He took me out for a spin and I was suitably impressed. But he didn’t try to oversell or push it and I came back twice more before deciding to go for it. We agreed on the price and on a couple of little jobs that needed to be done (fixing a light sensor, replacing some worn trim etc.). I took it for a few weeks and then dropped it back into them to get the work done. When I picked it up, they had not only done the agreed jobs but also replaced the battery, fitted the smart rearview mirror I had bought and given it another full valeting. Talk about good service! Oh yes, they also gave me the loan of a car while the work was being done! I can honestly recommend Long Mile Motors to anyone looking for a quality car, at a fair price and with exceptional customer service. They’re always available to take calls and really go the extra (Long) mile to make sure that customers are satisfied with their purchase. I'm really enjoying the car - so thanks again to Alan, Ivan and all the crew.
