I take my Mercedes to these guys for every minor to major issue. They are good in building customer relationships and rectifying issues with the car. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a reliable and professional auto garage.

My car chose to break down on NCT day. I was so helpless as we are new in the country and the car model uncommon. We made numerous calls with responses like no suitable parts for repair or available slots only in two weeks. Very luckily we found Paul Smith Motors via google map. They repaired my car within reasonable timeframe and costs. They took the car to NCT for me and it passed! Daryl was so professional and helpful. Tracy and the other lady in office were also friendly and helpful. I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend! P.S. Bought a beautiful Passat from Paul Smith Motors and I could not recommend them high enough. Daryl made the process so simple it couldn't have been easier. His communication was unbelievable and knowledge, sure I hadn't a clue! Accommodating, truthful and honest, the car runs like a dream and given it's a 2014 it has a few knocks and dents but they were completely up front about them. Amazing prices on their range of cars they have in site. Will buy from them again when upgrading. Just brilliant.
