The one improvement area for BYD South would be for the process of collecting the vehicle to be a little more celebrative and personal. As an example, a bow on the car, balloons, a bouquet, etc. Eduardos after sales service has been exemplary with him remaining in contact regularly checking in to see if we are still happy and still answering queries that we have as we get used to our new vehicle. We recently purchased a BYD Seal U DM-i in BYD South Dublin. Eduardo made the entire experience so enjoyable. He communicated everything so efficiently we could relax knowing that he was on top of things from the beginning. Eduardo is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. He was great with our kids too including them when we went to test drive the car. The kids were thrilled and felt special it was a really fun experience.
