The repairs on my car were fairly extensive, so I needed to decide whether to trade in and buy a new one or go ahead with repairs. Pat Kirley gave me time and advice in making that decision. He was so helpful. I didn't buy this time, but when I do I will certainly come back to Pat from whom I bought 2 previous cars. Kenny Doorye at reception was so courteous and friendly when I was checking the car in for repairs. He made an otherwise stressful experience much less so
