Big Thanks to Gavin... From the off, offered a reasonable amount for my trade-in and allowed me to test drive multiple cars. Pleasure dealing with him, friendly and professional, always answered my emails and WhatsApps very quickly. Won't hesitate to do business with again ππΌππΌ

Went in a few weeks ago inquiring about a car. Was told I the salesman would call me when the car came back from valeting. Still waiting on the call. Not great customer service.

Took my car in here for a trade-in valuation as was interested in purchasing an EV. The sales person was rude, advised they would call back to provide a price on the trade-in and never bothered to get back in touch. Ignored a follow up call requesting an update. Sleazy, and a pure waste of my time. At least now I know not to do business with this crowd. Shame, reception staff were lovely and the showroom and waiting area is quite nice. The sales staff bring it down.
