Everything from phone calls to meeting at the garage were all very easy and smooth. Did a deal with Ian for a lovely car no pressure or hard sell. As someone else said in a review I would have been hesitant to buy from a non main dealer, but not from Ian and Mark it was a very pleasurable experience, they have years of experience and expertise. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Mark was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. As I was working from home, he helped me with the delivery of the car. They are also great with after sales service as NCT was due in the next 2 months but Mark promised me if the car fails in NCT they would cover the costs.
