Recently purchased a car with DMC, which after placing a deposit, it was discovered that the vehicle required some costly and labour intensive work on the entire A/C system prior to delivery. The process to fix the issues was transparent from the start. I was kept updated, provided with detailed invoices, and assurances that the vehicle would be taken care of, despite the high costs the work would incur for DMC.
