Absolute gentlemen and great guys to buy from, no pressure, no rush, great atmosphere and attitude, very knowledgeable and all around nice guys. Everything from phone calls to meeting at the garage were all very easy and smooth. Did a deal with Ian for a lovely car no pressure or hard sell. As someone else said in a review I would have been hesitant to buy from a non main dealer, but not from Ian and Mark it was a very pleasurable experience, they have years of experience and expertise. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Mark was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. As I was working from home, he helped me with the delivery of the car. They are also great with after sales service as NCT was due in the next 2 months but Mark promised me if the car fails in NCT they would cover the costs.
