Great service for BMW. It was fairly easy to book in for the service. The staff are very helpful. On the day of the service, you just have to check in with the device near the reception and rest is taken care of. I got my car on the same day at the same time as promised. They also provide lift car, you just have to arrange insurance for the car or pay for insurance with them.

I’ve dealt with Conlans on a good few occasions now with different vehicles. It’s literally such a breeze to deal with this dealership compared to other BMW dealerships around Ireland that I’ve experienced. They are so helpful and accommodating always. Shoutout to Jesse in services for the stress free and easy experience this week. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

We would have to say that Michelle in service has been so professional and helpful in all her dealings with us , she has gone out of her way to assist us many times . We are so grateful to her and Jimmy for the top class service we have experienced in our dealings with this great dealership.
