Great service for BMW. It was fairly easy to book in for the service. The staff are very helpful. On the day of the service, you just have to check in with the device near the reception and rest is taken care of. I got my car on the same day at the same time as promised. They also provide lift car, you just have to arrange insurance for the car or pay for insurance with them.

As we walked into the door looking at the new fancy cars, Receptionist came to us greeted very well and offered coffee while waiting for the sales representative, kudos to her. Then we met Mr. Michael Liston, he was very helpful through the sales talk, very much knowledge from customers point of view, received courtesy call on next day offered better value for my car to trade in, much appreciated, at the end we placed order for new 251 car, looking forward to meeting you again.

Got X7 40D service yesterday Everybody very friendly and professional. X7 was ready at 12pm after dropping it at 9am, I would highly recommend this garage It costs nothing to smile and acknowledge people, Staff seem to work well together from the small amount of time I was there Thanks
