Peugeot Rifter Bluehdi S/S GT

Having been to Autoclass a few months ago for my husbands car we had a great experience. They were excellent to deal with particularly Mark who was brilliant from start to finish and went the extra mile with our son who has additional needs. Absolutely made his day giving him a toy car of his own to take home. We had explained cars was his specual interest to mark during our visit. This went a long way with us as it showed that they truly listen and care for their customers, another reason why I returned for my new car. When I came back to visit, I had a car in mind. I took it for a test drive but chatting to Mark and explaining what i was looking for, he redirected me to a car which much better suited my needs. Test drive and a coffee later I was happy to go ahead. Mark arranged a trade in for my old car which honestly took so much stress and hassle away from the process. He managed the trade from start to finish and all was needed was to hand over the keys - delighted! Mark explained everything in detail a great salesman but nothing was pushed and any requests or questions I had were answered and met. The car was ready to go within days. It is a very busy place and no wonder as the team and staff take great pride in their work and customer service delivery. If you are delayed or waiting on anyone in particular, head to Evolve next door and grab some grub and a drink (another excellent spot) have the louisiana wrap and thank me later! Car was presented fully valet and serviced as promised with the extra details Mark had agreed to provide too. Thanks again so much to Mark and all the team at Autoclass. Clare is absolutely amazing to deal with, she kept in constant contact with me whilst my car was in being fixed and gave me regular updates without me having to ask. She is so friendly and extremely helpful and responded so quickly to any queries I had, she also kept in touch after to make sure the car was perfect. Amazing customer service by her, she made my car being in the garage a smooth and easy experience and made sure it was in and out as quick as it could be!

This was my first time buying a car from Autoclass and I cannot recommend them enough, the service, communication, after sales were impeccable. I dealt with Philip in sales who went above and beyond over 3 weeks to source me an Audi Q5 with the mileage and spec I wanted, he was so professional had a serious amount of knowledge for cars and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience with Autoclass has been so easy. I had a minor issue with the jeep after collecting and was dealing with Clare in after sales, Clare was nothing but professional, kind and understanding with the situation and had the issue sorted within a week, she even went above and beyond to sort me with a rental car while my jeep was in for repairs. Highly impressed with the service and thanks to the team once again. I will certainly be buying a car with Autoclass again in the future.
