I couldn’t recommend this place more! I enquired about a car I seen online, Mercedes A Class as I had been shopping around for a while, this car was everything I wanted and more. Ruairc was so helpful from start to finish, I walked in and immediately he gave me a run down of the car and set me up for a test drive, I fell in love with the car, he was not pressurising at all and told me to take the time I needed to make my decision, which I didn’t need long to make! A few days later the car was mine, he had all the works done on it for me and it came to me looking brand new! I recently purchased a BMW 530e from Fallon & Hughes and I have to say it was a stellar experience. From the off I dealt with Sean who left no stone unturned in making sure my every query and question regarding the car was answered. He was pleasant at all times and patient regarding my communication with him due to the commitments of my profession. He catered to my every need even bringing the car to Mallow which made my journey from Limerick a bit easier. The car had its wheels fully refurbished and a few cosmetic issues were looked after by Sean. I was given a 12 month warranty which I’ve no doubt will be honoured in the event of any major issues.
