They looked after the kids when we went for a look around, let them sit in the cars and even gave them a goodie bag each with toy 9 11's. My youngest is set on buying one some day. That's great marketing to a new generation right there

Staff out front are lovely. Staff doing repairs not so much. Had a car in for reverse sensor repair, when it was ready for collection, the reverse camera wasn't working. (I hadn't drove off the forecourt yet). Was told it must have been my fault and must have been broken before I brought it in. I told them it has always been absolutely fine before I gave it to them. Booked me in again few WEEKS later, and the mechanic realised he hadn't connected my camera back up after taking the bumper off to do the reverse sensor. I couldn't believe he outright lied and tried to blame me.
