We purchased a 191 of Richard end of July. From viewing to purchasing (1 week) the whole process was easy and Richard was on hand with any questions. We had the car a few days and it came up with a fault. Richard took it back and it was sorted in a day. We are delighted with the car and very impressed with the service we received.
