Range Rover HSE 3.6 TDV8

I’m reluctantly looking at selling my Range Rover, details are as below. I bought it from the original owner who had it since new in 2007. He maintained meticulously with a Land Rover Specialist. Will need some work for NCT. NCT & Tax are both out, the jeep is driven daily X4 new Pirelli Scorpion Tyres 300,000KM One of the smoothest and most comfortable cars I have ever driven.. lovely noise off the diesel V8 and very powerful. Mechanically it is 100% with no issues, this jeep genuinely drives like new. The engine is very healthy as is the gearbox. There is no issues with the air suspension. x2 Keys & Fob for fuel burning heater. All original owners manuals present. This jeep is currently private tax, I was in the process of converting it to commercial so I have all the required documents to do so already. - Weight Docket - Engineers report - Proof of conversion There is currently a ply false floor in the rear, I can put the seats back in for anyone that wants to keep it privately taxed or sell as is if someone wants to convert it to commercial. The tax office are making it difficult for me as I do not have a VAT number. The bad bits: I have a recent NCT fail sheet for it. It will need a rear subframe or repair due to corrosion and two worn bushings. The rear arches have started to suffer from the common rust issues , the driver side will need to be addressed for the test. Can send more pictures on request.
