Renault Captur E-tech Plug-in 160 Auto S-edition

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

I have been dealing with Bolands with seven years now. I have just purchased my fourth Kona. Steven Sherlock was calm accomadating and patient especially as this is my first hybrid automatic and I was quite nervous. I really hope Steven is there in three years for my next Kona as he was a pleasure to deal with. I love my new car Thank you
