Outstanding experience of getting my Renault Zoë serviced, so much so, I'd drive down from Dublin again for it! I was in the area for a few days and decided to see how my annual service for my EV went with them for a change. Compared with my usual Dublin service experience, Menapia booked me in at a time that suited me and were helpful on the phone. Once there, they got me a coffee and let me know they have a courtesy transport to Wexford town, if you don't want to stay in the garage. They took much quicker to service my car than my normal garage, they gave my car a vacuum and spray wash as part of the service fee. Every staff interaction was pleasant and friendly. I wish every business would operate like this; well done to management and staff in Menapia.
