A warm friendly welcome from Joanne on arrival and the offer of either tea or coffee which came with a wee packet of biscuits... Much appreciated after an early start! Facilities were excellent, comfortable and relaxed for working while I waited! Definitely deserving of 5 stars

Booked in for a service with John Mulholland Motors. Joanne was very welcoming and informative about the service. Joanne's warm welcome also included coffee in very pleasant surroundings. Joanne's customer care was excellent which made our experience at the service department a pleasure. We also booked a test drive with Connor which was equally pleasant. Connor warmly greeted us and spent time ensuring all our questions were answered. Many thanks to the staff at John Mulholland Motors for a more than pleasant experience.

Had an issue I needed something sorted urgently and Joanne was absolutely fantastic in sorting it out. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service department… and the sales team weren’t bad either a year ago when I bought my Karoq Sportline! Well done JMM.
