Just bought my 5th car from Paddy in Annesley Williams, such a wonderful experience. My dealings with the service department related to having my sub frame replaced. From start to finish, my dealing with Gavin, the service manager, was first class. From explaining the process, getting approval from Mercedes for payment to ordering the parts and installation, Gavin kept me informed all along the way and actually delivered ahead of schedule.
