Bought a used Jeep from Burns through Anetha. Initially put an offer in through the website and got a phone call the next day. Visited and bought the car which was good straightforward experience. Unfortunately, after arriving home in Galway, I discovered an issue with the cruise control. Rang Anetha and she offered me a brand new Skoda as a garage car, while my car was being fixed under warranty. Through holdups getting the part, i was a month without my car but that was no issue for the garage who allowed me to keep the courtesy car all of this time. Car was returned down to me today and everything is as it should be. Not many garages would be so accommodating and hassle free in an incidence like this. Would definitely recommend Burns Sligo to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My car recently lost power and it was towed back to Burns Garage ,problem dealt with quickly and I was informed promptly as to what the problem was and fixed within the quickest frame time as they had to wait for a part ,Car washed and left ready for the road , the man dealing with me on the phone and when I went to collect car (sorry forget name) was a gentleman...James !
