Excellent Sales Experience. I called in on the way home. Neil introduced himself and went over the new Skoda Octavia specs. We discussed trade in and the cost to change. In addition I was interested in delivery time, and considering I had been given at least 12 weeks by a different dealer , I was surprised that Neil offered delivery in 5 weeks. This was to ensure new 242 registration. Over the next few weeks Neil kept me informed all the way. By the 2/7 I knew car reg. Hand over was done with Neil in a matter of minutes. Everything about the car was explained. And there was sufficient diesel for 200kms . There was a follow up call a few days later to make sure that I had no issues. Will go back if I am changing again Neil was probably the best sales executive I have ever dealt with.
