We used this Skoda dealer as an emergency call - actually we were made to use Doran Motors by Skoda Ireland. Unfortunately, the service was not great, particularly the communication was really poor. Number of phone calls we have made and basically never got phone call back - at some stage we have decided to communicate with Skoda Ireland so they could get some information about our car…. Once the car was ready for collection - drove off and 2 minutes after we left the garage the light on the dashboard came back on which indicated it was fixed but never checked and reset. We received a courtesy phone call after couples of days and have shared our experience… that’s it. Customers service needs improvement in my opinion- simple phone call doesn’t cost much but makes a big difference, especially, if we were depending on the car in this particular time very much.
