Ordered a new skoda kodiaq with Keith. They offered the best trade in price for my Audi. When the time came closer to the delivery date the country suffered from two bad weather events that caused delays. Keith called me every week for updates and when it came closer to delivery he contacted me regularly. We sorted all the documentation, financing and registration prior to the pick up day. On the day all he had to do was show me how to work the car. He took his time doing that making sure I was happy. I'm very thankful for the service.

I bought my first Skoda (New Octavia RS) from Shane in Michael Moore Skoda and I am an extremely happy customer! Shane was the salesman I was dealing with during the process and he was very helpful from start to finish. Sound, down to earth person and was very informative around the car and helping to put together a package, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He also kept me up to date around the delivery of the car right up to the collection time. On the day of the collection, he did a great job helping me understand the getting me set up for my new Skoda. (Registration, Motor Tax details etc) He also helped me to understand the basics of my new car and made sure I was driving away happy. He even answered several questions I had about the vehicle after I got home about the car. Couldn't fault the support and am a very happy customer with my new purchase. My wife Went I to the skoda garage to look at purchasing a 22 or 23 Skoda Kodiaq. Had none in stock and was told by the salesman Keith that he had more coming in and would be in touch. we were looking at trading or a straight sale no finance. He said he would put our car out to trade for offers and never heard anything. That was the first week in January, and still have heard nothing back from them. They have posted numerous Kodiaqs on car sales websites plus their own site, and we we never contacted by the garage. We had no choice but to take our business to another garage in Dublin where we were treated like humans. Like a previous review stated, unless you were in an expensive suit and tie and wanted something out of the wrapper, they had no interest in dealing with us. It's shocking that local people had to travel to Dublin to buy a car when you would imagine that local garages would want local business and local money. I would avoid this place and the rude sales team at all costs.
