Absolutely delighted to come across SMC and Jason. After couple of weeks of purchasing the car, it suffered from a random but typical VW's DSG issue and SMC took their warranty like champs! No fussing about, no problems at all, I even got a courtesy car for a time of repair. I heard some dealers try to charge you for diagnostics, not them. It was such a pleasant experience to come through a real gentlemen and professionals who value your business. You feel if from the first moment they approach you entering the dealership. In short - wouldn’t recommend. They uphold their motto very clearly ‘make money anyhow’. In detail - I had to do multiple drives to them after purchasing the car, to cover multiple issues, their mechanic seems ‘clearing the error’ than fixing! They even took my wheelnut and when probed, the response was ‘sorry we took it by mistake, will give you if you drive down’. I had to spend time and money elsewhere to get the car in to its desired state.
