Sound, down to earth person and was very informative around the car and helping to put together a package, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He also kept me up to date around the delivery of the car right up to the collection time. On the day of the collection, he did a great job helping me understand the getting me set up for my new Skoda. (Registration, Motor Tax details etc) He also helped me to understand the basics of my new car and made sure I was driving away happy. He even answered several questions I had about the vehicle after I got home about the car. Couldn't fault the support and am a very happy customer with my new purchase. What really helpful people. Quick and highly professional response to a warning light issue while in the locality. They diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes after having slotted us into their afternoon programme of work. Would that all car dealerships were this good.
