Skoda Superb order Your 251 Combi Selection 2.0

I was looking around for a second hand Skoda and found one in Annesley Williams. Having never visited an actual car dealership before I had this preconceived idea that they would be intimidating and out of my price range. I am very happy to say that I couldn't of been more wrong. From the moment I entered Annesley Williams I felt welcomed. We met with Shean who brought me out to see the two cars I was interested in. He was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He talked me through my options and at no time did I feel pressured in any way. I went away for a few days to think about it and then made a second visit to test drive the car. He offered me a very fair price for my trade in and I put a deposit down. I collected the car a couple of days later at my convenience. He spent ages with me showing me how to work the radio and all the features. The car is spotless clean and well looked after by the previous owner. I am so so happy with my purchase and really happy with the service I received from Shean. I would happily recommend Annesley Williams to anyone and will definitely be back in the future. Great experience. Bought a Mercedes late 2016 E220d with only 63k on the clock. Jake was very friendly and a great help. Very professional; great attention to detail when returned a few months later for a small tyre issue. They even sorted a minor recall issue I wasn't even aware of. Loved the complimentary car wash and waxing as part of the service. Will definitely return for regular servicing in the future.
