Karl was an absolute gentleman to deal with. Very honest and upfront guy, forthcoming with sound advice and willing to go the extra mile to get us the best deal for trade in on our car. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t buy from Karl in the end…purely because he didn’t have the model that we wanted (saloon vs estate).
