If you want to drive happy , stay away from this company. I trade-in my van in 2023 and the reason was that my previous van was from them, and there were no problems. Unfortunately, I can't say that about this van. Since the purchase, only an ongoing problem with the van, engine, oil leakage all over the engine. I wanted to return the van after 2 months of driving after buying the van, but they refused to promise to repair it under warranty. I gave them a chance, but the problem was still there, and they told me there was nothing wrong with the van. A few months of driving I asked them to check the van again because there was still a smell of burn oil, no power to the twin turbo van and a problem with 2nd gear. They took the van to check and as usual, they found nothing. When I showed them a report from an independent engineer, they finally agreed to fix the problem. As few months of driving, the van broke down again and it was the components connected to the previous repair. There are still faults that have not been repaired since purchase and windsor refuses to repair them. Some of the things that have been repaired are broken again, Windsor refuses to repair them. I tried several times to communicate with windsor to return the van, but they refused. John after sales manager always been cheeky not saying about head of sales Ivan Jurkovic who told me that he will not deal with me and I Can email God because in Windsor only above him is God , and I can take legal action against Windsor.
