Hi, We recently purchased a rav4 from this garage, We delt with Steven Curtis from start to finish, very patient, honest, listening to all our queries and gave us great comfort. I have highly recommend Steven to my family and friends. We have dealt with car sales persons over the years and have never felt as comfortable as Steven made us feel during our first Toyota experience. I’m updating my review from five years ago to say that I continue to be delighted with Malones. Ollie is an absolute legend and has always gone out of his way to look after me and accommodate me. The mechanics are brilliant, but Ollie’s continued little kindnesses are more than enough to keep me as a loyal Malones customer.

My first car service as a new Toyota customer was excellent. All the team were engaging and keen to solve a technology issue I had. Malones have a customer charter on display and it is rare to experience a service business where every person you meet lives up to the aspirations in their charter. Yesterday the Malones team did so. I highly recommend them.
