Toyota C-HR C-hr Hybrid Sport

Just had a 5 ⭐️ experience at Davey Motors. We were allowed to test drive an array of different vehicles as we are looking to upgrade to a Hybrid, no question was to big or to small. Excellent team especially John who walked us through the process and helped us choose the right vehicle for family. Thank you all and we will highly recommend to our family and friends.

Do not recommend. Took 3 months to fix my car, what should have only taken a couple of days turned into months. Total lack of communication- we had to keep chasing them for updates. Then when it came to the bill, he wanted just under €2,100 until we spoke to another Toyota garage who confirmed we were being ripped off and suddenly the bill came down to €1,350.01 only because we did our research! Returned the courtesy car full of diesel (when originally only had 2 bars) only to be given mine back empty! Shocking customer service, was going to trade my car in and get a new one there this month. Will be going elsewhere now. Have raised complaint with Toyota Ireland and hope they act on it.

It is no wonder John Davey has a yard full of used cars at the back of his garage with a salesman like Neil working for him. All Neil wants to do is insult potential customers. When I came in to look at a used toyota corolla car, I was insulted by Neil the salesman. This salesman would not tell me the price of a used toyota corolla car because it was "just sold and due to GDPR". I have never heard such a ridiculous statement coming from a supposedly sales man. When I asked to view another used toyota corolla, He pointed to where the car was, walked away from me and said he was reluctant to show it to me because I had an attitude. All because I told him, I have viewed used cars in other garages and the salesman there have no problem in disclosing the price the car sold for. I have never been so insulted in my life . In order to post review, I had to give 1 star review, but if I could give zero star I would.
