I had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, experience at BYD South Dublin. I dealt with Daniel, who really explained everything extremely well about the Cars, & went with me on my test drive. Exceptional level of attention and suberb customer service. Avril, the showroom hostess was also wonderful, kind and an absolute pleasure to chat to. I'm from Wexford, but I will be buying at least one BYD SEAL, possibly more from the guys at BYD SOUTH DUBLIN, Deansgrange. BYD Alan arranged everything 5* We got date wrong for service, they still accommodated 5*. Given curtesy car x 2 nights 5*. Got call with feedback from Cian, the mechanic doing the service 5*. No charge for any of this 5* . All great, thank you BYD. The Seal is the nicest car I've driven to date.
