Excellent service and great experience buying my first Toyota. Derek made the whole process easy, even helping to sort out the tax and putting me in contact with an insurance broker who gave me a good deal. From first enquiry to driving away from the show room, I got straight clear answers to my queries, never waited long for an email response or phone call and was able to negotiate a reasonable deal too. First time dealing with this main dealer. Dealt with other main dealers over the years. Dealt with Niall who was very informative and helpful. I definitely felt in safe hands and that I wasn't being conned. You do have a tendency to think badly on car dealers, but I came away very happy. Would deal with them again. Hopefully if there is an issue, they'll be as helpful as they were selling to me.
