5 Star service! Reception & staff very friendly, Toyota Liffey Vslley provide free coffee, tea, drinks & biscuits while customers wait for their cars. Comfortable seating area, excellent service. Service area spotlessly clean with customers able to view service are through glass. A couple of suggestions, please provide seating at booking in area & when updating maps, start the map updates first before servicing the car as the map updates can be running in the background. My car received its third service. The agents at reception were extremely helpful and courteous. The procedure was explained thoroughly beforehand. I received an update on progress by email and was informed promptly when the car was ready for collection. Authorisation was requested before replacing parts that would cost extra and on collection of the car a thorough explanation was given of what adjustments had been made and I received advice on how to maintain good care of the car. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the service from booking the car in to collecting it. Thanks to all involved.

The staff are friendly and if you choose to wait while you're car is being serviced there are work benches on a mezzanine with Internet connection . Replacement cars are also available if you book in advance. Coffee is freely available. You receive a print out of work done and parts supplied. Prices are reasonable. I can recommend Toyota Liffey Valley for buying a car and after sales service.
