The mechanics are brilliant, but Ollie’s continued little kindnesses are more than enough to keep me as a loyal Malones customer.

My first car service as a new Toyota customer was excellent. All the team were engaging and keen to solve a technology issue I had. Malones have a customer charter on display and it is rare to experience a service business where every person you meet lives up to the aspirations in their charter. Yesterday the Malones team did so.
