I recently purchased a used new to me Toyota and was very happy with the sales experience and how the car was handed over. He actually sold the car new, and had a detailed service record. The car was just serviced and the NCT was scheduled and paid for. Everything went exactly as it should, no hassle at all. The car was ready for pickup when scheduled, and was impeccable. It's the second car I'm buying from a dealer - the first experience was ok, but this was a much better experience.
