Lovely store never coming back if I could give 0 I would. No help at all. I wanted to buy number plate holders as our broke she said she couldn’t sell them to us. Your a motor store for a reason no. I would have paid for them. That’s why I will always be going to colm Quinn bmw because they are so helpful and friendly.

My after sales experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The level of service I’ve received is comparable to what one might expect when buying privately, essentially none! Since trading in my car, my expectations of purchasing from a reputable motor store have not been met. When contacting the store, my sales assistant (Conor) rarely returns my calls unless I persistently follow up. Inquiries are not documented, and responses feel like they’re aimed at getting me off the phone rather than genuinely addressing the issues. Promises are repeatedly made but not followed through, leaving me to discover nothing has been done until I call again. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I expected much better from a professional dealership. I am currently awaiting the resolution of several issues, including faults with my car that led to its NCT failure. These faults are to be fixed on their end. If the after-sales experience improves and these matters are resolved, I will be happy to update this review to reflect the improved service.
