This is my second car from Toyota Naas, and once again, I had an excellent experience. Anthony provided outstanding service, explaining the finance options clearly and making the process smooth and stress-free. He was always in touch, ensuring everything was going well, especially when I requested tinting for the side and back windows. A special thanks to Robert, who helped with the trade-in offer, and Niall, who made the finance approval process incredibly quick and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently, and I truly felt like a valued customer rather than just another number. The level of personal attention and full-service experience made a huge difference. Compared to other dealerships where I felt unwelcome and received poor offers, Toyota Naas was a completely different experience. She really listened and paid attention to what was important to me to help me find my next car. Toyota Naas gave me an excellent (far beyond my expectations) trade in deal and Tatiana found me the perfect car. It wasn't in the Naas lot so Tatiana organized bringing the car up from Monasterevin while I went for lunch so I could see my new car before I committed to purchasing.
