VIDEO Tour and TBelt done and 3000 scrappage

First time to deal with this garage and found the visit very pleasant indeed, great selection of cars in the showroom, very clean and well laid out. I had been in touch with Brian about changing my car and he is indeed very knowledgeable about the cars and very pleasant to talk to, when I collected my new car, he was very helpful with any queries I had and was very thorough with explaining to me all about the car, and also mentioned that if I am having any issues to contact him, which is very reassuring, full marks all round

I purchased a Tucson from Fitzpatrick's even though I live in Cork. I called lots of Hyundai dealers around the country, and chose to buy from Fitzpatrick's because they had a better price, but mainly because I was so impressed with Brian. He was very reassuring and made the process easy. I never purchased a new car before, so I really appreciated all his help. I also love the videos he posts on YouTube - whenever I have a question about how to do something with the car, I find a video that he posted that walks you through it.
