Let me share my experience and feedback: Appointment: Good! 😊 Quotation for service: Good!😊 Customer service: Excellent! Delivery time: One day delayed but it's okay! Replacement vehicle: Yes, provided! Satisfaction: Bad 😞😞😞 I apologize for writing this here, but I wanted to provide feedback to help improve your services in the future. Recently, I brought my VW ID.4 in for a software upgrade and to address a recurring issue (Error drive system: Please Visit Workshop) that has been present since I purchased the car in 2021. I understand that the software upgrade took an extra day to complete, which was agreed upon in advance. When I picked up the car, I confirmed with the service technician that the error would not occur again, and he assured me that it wouldn't happen for at least the next two years. However, shortly after leaving the dealership and driving near the airport, the same error message appeared on the display, causing me to panic and pull over. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the service engineer, who agreed to arrange for the error to be fixed the next day, but unfortunately, nothing happened after that. Additionally, the rear camera was not upgraded, and it was not working properly, which left me feeling extremely disappointed. The dealership informed me that they could not fix the rear camera and that I would need to take a day off to have it fixed elsewhere. I was frustrated that they did not inform me of this before returning the car to me, especially after testing it. Would be happy if the corresponding team sort this out please. In the event that this error continues to occur, my next course of action would be to sell the car. And a Big No to Volkswagen in my life.

Arrived at 12.53pm to buy an oil filter. Was told the individual responsible for after sales had just gone home and I missed him. After sales does not close until 1pm on a Saturday. When I questioned it further with the receptionist and whether someone else could just get the filter I was told the door was locked and no one else had the key. This is the final straw on my end dealing with Volkswagen in general, the cars are good but the staff are absolutely horrendous to deal with. Not only do the franchises refuse to work together, within each franchise itself the staff refuse to work together. If you tell your customers you, Volkswagen after sales, close at 1pm then we as customers expect that and don’t care if the appointed member of staff decided to go home early. If any business makes it difficult for their customers to give them money then naturally it will result in regression of turnover. This is an example of such.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Awful experience with children running the service and customer service department. Staff didn't know the part names and they didn't have visibility of service history notes to communicate the parts and price to complete the job. When the issue came to light on collection after incomplete service performed the follow up to listen back to calls never happened. I never received the feedback and update to resolve dispute as promised so I walked away as to waste more energy is fruitless when dealing with cowboys.
